Welcome

Women's Health Care Web Site
Houston, Texas
Welcome
to the Center for Reproduction and Women's Health Care's Web site.
Our office is located at 7400 Fannin St. Street, Suite 1180 in Houston,
Texas. Robert B. McWilliams, MD, our Medical Director, is Board
Certified in OB/GYN and Board Eligible in reproductive endocrinology
and infertility.
Dr.
McWilliams and his entire staff are committed to providing the highest
quality of service in an individualized and compassionate setting.
In fact, Dr. McWilliams personally manages each couples infertility
treatment, unlike many larger programs. "We try our hardest
to make sure that our couples never feel "hurried." Because
it is very important to work "with our patients" in their
pursuit of a pregnancy, we feel we devote the time necessary to
each couple's needs in order to answer all their questions and make
a difference in their lives."
Our
Houston fertility clinic offers treatments ranging from first line
fertility medications
to highly technical ART procedures including in
vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic
sperm injection (ICSI), assisted hatching (AH), preimplantation
genetic diagnosis (PGD), sex-selection by Microsort, oocyte
donation services, and others. We believe we have the skills, personnel,
and facilities necessary to produce ART success rates above the
national averages.
Most
of our patients become pregnant using "first line therapies"
such as medication and intrauterine
insemination (IUI). Patients more likely to require IVF include
older women, those who have failed other treatments, and those with
damaged fallopian tubes. Dr. McWilliams always recommends the therapy
that is most likely to result in pregn
ancy while considering each couple's personal situation.
We
hope you find our Web site helpful as you investigate infertility.
